I had a bit of a mixed experience at Crowne Plaza Istanbul - Ortakoy Bosphorus. While the views from my room were beautiful and the breakfast was really good, I found the noise levels quite disruptive and some facilities left much to be desired. The staff, however, showed moments of attentiveness that made me feel appreciated during my stay, albeit inconsistently.
